Inclusive Libraries

Library Access Friends supports public libraries to serve people with print impairments.

Major achievements:

  • Purchasing magnifiers for use at Taylor Community Library.
  • Purchasing bookplates advertising Braille & Talking Books program to Large Print readers.
  • Sponsoring World Sight Day Expo.

Our goals:

Art with braille word grow written in wood, and print word grow written in yarn that becomes a flower stem.Support public libraries in creating accessible library collections for people with print impairments.
